Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and organized Project Coordinator with experience in IT services, mobile & web app development, and international client handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing IT projects, leading teams, coordinating sprints, and ensuring smooth project execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders are essential.  

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution: Assist in defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.

Agile & Sprint Management: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth project execution.

Team Coordination: Manage development teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.

IT Project Handling: Oversee mobile & web application development projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Client Communication: Act as a bridge between international clients and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of project expectations.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; develop mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Exp - 5 years of experience in Android application development

Skill

• Programming experience in languages like must have - Java, Kotlin, Python (go to have) etc.
• Should have experience on AR core library – GDX, Web Kit, ThreeJS, AR Core
• knowledge of integrating Web AR in android
• Should have experience of loading AR 3d model in android WebView.
• Should have worked on GLB and g3dj or g3db model files for AR have knowledge of Android Kotlin and MVVM
• Experience with machine learning or computer vision libraries will be an added advantage.
• Experience of developing AR visualizer App.
  

Responsibility

• Test and debug AR applications to ensure a high-quality user experience.

• Optimize AR applications for performance and battery life on various Android devices.

Exp- 5 years of experience in Web AR application development

Mandatory Skills: Three Js,3D Angular, AR , VR, 3D Calculation

Requirement:

• Must have Programming experience in languages like React, ThreeJS, 
• Should have experience on NodeJS, JavaScript, Canvas, AR core library.
• Strong understanding of AR concepts, particularly as they apply to the web (WebAR).
• Load AR 3D models into web views for immersive AR interactions.
• Knowledge of Glb, gltf library and g3dj model files for AR applications
• Kowledge of API integration
• Experience with machine learning or computer vision libraries will be added advantage.
• A passion for augmented reality and its potential applications in the web space.

Responsibility

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, presales, or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development life cycle (SDLC), and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, wireframes, and user stories.
• Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or other BA tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• 6+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, wireframes, UI design, and prototypes.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (not mandatory but a plus).
• Experience in designing for SaaS, eCommerce, or enterprise applications is preferred.
• Understanding of design thinking, user psychology, and accessibility principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with motion design, micro-interactions, and animation will be a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and emerging design trends will be a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies will be a plus.

• 4+ years of experience in project coordination or IT project management.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, CSM (Certified Scrum Master), or Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of UI/UX, software development, or cloud technologies.

• Proven track record in sales and business development of IT Services in the Indian market

• Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
